Make Time For YOU

We all need time alone and time with people.


Alone time is good for your body and soul - it's a time to relax, reflect, and think about life and your day. It's a time to clear your head and be quiet with yourself. Your self.



  • Try to spend some time alone every day. Quiet time alone allows you to tune in to the present moment.



  • Spend your time alone doing something you enjoy, such as reading, taking a bath, or watching a sunrise. This isn't the time to fold the laundry or clean the house!



  • Don't feel guilty about relaxing. It's OK to just sit in a comfortable chair and unwind. And you know what else? The world won't end!
